“互联网+”下的微支付对患者缴费时间的影响分析

The Impact of Micropayment on Patient's Payment Time Under “Internet +”

"三长一短"现象在大型综合医院就诊过程中普遍存在,过长的等待时间增加了患者的时间和精力投入,降低了患者对医院服务质量的满意度。其中缴费等待时间长是一个十分突出的问题,患者经常需要重复排队重复等待。随着互联网技术的发展,"互联网+"的提出,移动手机、智能PC与无线网络的普及,微支付成为了解决这一问题的契机。本文通过研究微支付的发展与应用,将微支付与医院信息系统结合起来,对门诊就诊流程进行了优化,削减不必要的排队流程,并随机选取某日到达缴费处的1431位患者的排队信息,使用排队论理论对优化前后的就诊流程的各项指标进行对比,最后分析出微支付对患者缴费流程中等待时间的影响。

Outpatients usually go to hospitals for medical consultation. In large-scaled hospitals, long waiting time in registration, waiting room and payment but short time for consultation is a prominent phenomenon in China. Long waiting time can be attributed not only to rising populations and but also to inefficiencies in health delivery. It causes inconvenience for patient and waiting time is also an important indicator to evaluate the quality of service. With the development of Internet mobile payment platform, a concept of ＂Internet ＋ ＂ was put forward. Micropayment becomes a chance to solve long waiting time problem. In this paper, the application of micro payment was applied to the hospital information system to optimize the process of outpatient medical consultation.Queuing theory was used to optimize the consultation process and its prominent indicators were compared after process optimize. Finally analysis of the impact of micro payments on the waiting time of the patient payment process was also included.
