优化云南融资结构的路径研究

Study on Optimizing Yunnan's Financing Structure

由于产业结构的差异,导致行业中存在不同的投资主体,即资金需求方,他们掌握着不同的资源,影响着银行贷款流向和股票、债券等资本市场流动,催生了不同的融资结构。本文分析了云南融资结构的现状,发现其存在间接融资占比过大等问题,在此基础上提出优化云南融资结构的相关建议。

Due to different industrial structure, there are different investors in the industry, namely, the capital demand side, which hold different resources and bring different financing structure by Affecting the flow of bank loans, stocks, bonds and other capital markets. This paper analyzes current situation of Yunnan＇s financing structure and finds out that Yunnan has a large proportion of indirect financing. In the end, some suggestions on optimizing Yunan＇s financing structure will be put forward.
