“中国梦”视角下的当代大学生就业观引导途径研究

Study on Ways of Guidance to University Students' View of Employmentfrom The Perspective of "China Dream"

本篇文章从"中国梦"视角着手,针对当代大学生就业观展开研究,结合笔者自身高校学生工作经历经验,提出具有可行性的对策建议:政府部门要加强宏观指导,为大学生树立正确就业观提供保障;高校应当加大思想引导力度,将"中国梦"定位为大学生就业观指导教育的基础;提高对家庭因素的重视程度以及大学生对自身就业观的调整等等,希望能够为我国大学生树立正确的就业观念带来一些有参考性的意见。

This article starts from the perspective of ＂China Dream＂ to do research on university students＇ views of employment in the present world. The author learns from his/her working experience during university time and then puts forward some feasible suggestions： the government may strengthen its function of overall guidance to help establish correct views of employment of university students; the universities may position ＂Chinese dream＂ as a foundation of employment instruction to guide university students; the families may be paid highly attention to; and university students themselves may adjust their views of employment initiatively, etc. Hopefully, this article will bring some valuable thoughts for Chinese university students to form their correct views of employment.
