我国生物制药企业产业升级路径研究

生物制药是高精尖领域,影响也深远重大。我国生物制药研究目前还主要集中在研究所和高校,许多研究成果都没有转化为产品。国外发达国家的很多成熟技术和产品对外设置了壁垒,也造成我国生物制药产业无法通过技术引进来实现快速成长。本文通过分析我国生物制药企业的发展现状、发展趋势,进而探索我国生物制药企业产业升级的路径。本文认为,可以借助我国发达的互联网及通讯技术,加快生物制药行业信用系统及信息追踪、社会透明化监管工具的建设开发;加快立法,明确生物制药产业的约束边界以及手段;行业组织及政府相关部门等应提高产业化运作的技术能力和管理能力,包括宣传教育、资本运作、营销推广等。

Biological pharmaceutical is high-tech fields, the influence is far-reaching significant.Institute of biomedical research in China is still mainly concentrated in colleges and universities, and many research results into products. In the developed countries set up barriers to the outside world many mature technologies and products, biological pharmaceutical industry in our country can＇t also through technology import rapid growth. In this paper, through the analysis of biological pharmaceutical enterprises in China development present situation, the development trend of biological pharmaceutical industry, and then explore the biological pharmaceutical enterprises in our country industrial upgrading paths. This paper argues that can use our country developed Internet and communication technology, accelerate the biological pharmaceutical industry track, the social credit system and information construction development of transparent regulation tools; To speed up the legislation, clear biological pharmaceutical industry constraint boundary and means; Industry organizations and relevant government departments should improve the industrialization operation technical ability and management ability, including propaganda and education, capital operation, marketing, etc.
