摘要 智能家居是一个复杂的多设备智能系统,有别于手机、电脑、游戏机等单品,它需要中央控制设备、传感设别、传统电器甚至是普通灯、窗帘等相互连通配合,通过云端及智能中控的智能运算和控制逻辑,以实现丰富多彩的智能化家居应用。在智能家居设备和系统的营销中,单纯通过功能和参数,无法让消费者感受到智能化的体验。因此需要线下开设大量的体验空间,让消费者在触摸、观看和聆听中真切理解智能化家居系统带来的更安全、更高效和更健康的生活。本文从智能家居体验店的环境设计角度,探讨了消费者对智能家居产品的购买决策心理及影响因素,研究如何通过优化体验厅的整体环境、产品部署等视觉设计来提高消费者的理解效率和购买欲望。 The smart home is a more complex intelligent system equipment, different from the mobile phones,computers, game consoles, etc., it requires the central control device, sensing devices, traditional electrical appliances, and even ordinary lamp, curtain and other connected with each other, through the clouds and intelligent control of intelligent operation and control logic, in order to realize the intelligent household application of rich and colorful. In intelligent household equipment and system of marketing, simply by functions and parameters, but can't consumers feel the experience of intelligent. So you need to line to open a lot of experience space,let consumers in touch, watch and listen to real understanding of intelligent household system safer, more efficient and more healthy life. In this paper, from the view of the environmental design of smart home store experience, discusses the consumer purchase decision for smart home products is psychological and influence factors, research how to optimize the overall environment of experience hall, product deployment and other visual design to improve the efficiency of the understanding of the consumers and purchase desire.
