In order to enhance and improve the enterprise training effect and the practical ability of business English teachers in higher vocational colleges, innovations on enterprise practice modes and approaches for business English teachers are proposed based on the analysis of the factors that affect the effect of practice and training in relevant enterprises and in-depth excavation of the connotation of it. These innovations are aimed to construct a group of innovative business teachers with strong ability of practice.
