Retrospective analysis for prevention and control of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome in Chaoyang,Beijing

目的通过对2015年中东呼吸综合征(MERS)防控工作的回顾分析,评价区域突发传染病事件处置工作情况,找出防控体系的不足以便加以完善。方法使用符合辖区防控体系特征的突发公共卫生事件处置评估量表,对此次防控工作的四个环节及19项二级指标,进行量化评分。结果全模式数字化卫生应急综合管理体系对于防控工作起到重要作用,对中东呼吸综合征防控中的三起密切接触人员处置事件的评测,分别得86分、92分和94分。结论此次MERS防控工作仍需要在信息综合管理能力、事件影响快速评价和现场需求快速评价(资源调配)能力三方面进一步完善运行机制。

Objective Through retrospective analysis for prevention and control work of the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome （MERS） in 2015, to evaluate regional epidemic emergency disposal work and find the shortage of the prevention and control system to be perfected. Methods Quantitative evaluation including the prevention and control work of four links and index of 19 were conducted by public health emergency disposal assessment scale which accord with the characteristics of the jurisdiction area prevention and control system. Results All model digital health emergency management system played an important role for prevention and control work, the MERS prevention and control of the three contact personnel disposal measure of events were 86 points, 92 points and 94 points, respectively. Conclusion The MERS prevention and control work is still needed in the information to quickly evaluate comprehensive management ability, events, field demand fast evaluation （resource allocation） ability three aspects, so as to further perfect the running mechanism.
