宁海县蛙体内曼氏裂头蚴感染情况调查 被引量:3

Survey of sparganum mansoni infection in frogs in Ninghai

摘要 目的了解宁海县蛙体内曼氏裂头蚴自然感染情况,评估感染风险。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取该县9个乡镇,再随机抽取其中各一个村作为调查点共9个调查点,捕捉野生蛙,进行逐只解剖检查和曼氏裂头蚴形态鉴定。结果 348只野生蛙曼氏裂头蚴感染率为11.49%(40/348),平均感染度为2.15条/只;除深、前童两个调查点未发现受感染青蛙外,其余7个调查点均有发现;曼氏裂头蚴可在蛙体内任何部位的肌肉寄生,其中以大腿肌肉寄生最为常见,占98.84%(85/86);不同大小青蛙曼氏裂头蚴感染率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.081,P>0.05)。结论宁海县野生蛙体内曼氏裂头蚴感染较为普遍,地域分布较为广泛,需采取综合措施开展曼氏裂头蚴病的相关预防工作。 Objective To assess the risk of sparganosis mansoni in Ninghai based on the analysis of the natural infection of sparganum mansoni in frogs. Methods Wild frogs were caught from 9 rural areas in Ninghai,which were selected by using stratified cluster sampling.The specimens were dissected to detect sparganum mansoni. Results Infection rate of sparganum mansoni in wild frogs reached 11.49% (40/348)and average degree of infection were 2.51 worms per frog respectively. Infeted frogs could be found in seven of nine survey sites except for Shengzhen and Qiantong; Sparganum could be detected in the muscles of any site in frogs, but mainly parasitized in leg musceles 98.84% (85/86); the differences of infection rates of frogs with different size was not significant ( χ2=2.081, P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The infection rate of sparganum mansoni in wild frogs is general, these frogs distribute widely in Ninghai, it is necessary to take measurement to prevent and control the sparganosis.
