杭州市349例慢性病患者用药依从性及影响因素调查

Analysis on medication adherence and influence factors of 349 patients with chronic diseases in Hangzhou

目的调查杭州市慢性病患者用药依从行为现状,分析探讨其影响因素,为提高慢性病患者用药依从性提供参考。方法自设问卷,采用分层按比例随机抽样方法,对杭州市349例慢性病患者进行自填式问卷调查,并对全部问卷进行整理分析。结果 60例患者(17.2%)依从性好,289例患者(82.8%)依从性差,不同年龄、文化程度、居住情况、职业类型、医保类型、家庭月收入、慢性病患病时间和对疾病重视程度的患者用药依从性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者用药依从性较差,年龄和文化程度是患者用药依从性的主要影响因素。应加强医患沟通,对患者定期开展健康教育,提高患者用药知识水平,从而提高患者用药依从性,促进患者恢复健康。

Objective To investigate the current status of medication adherence in patients with chronic diseases in Hangzhou and explore the influencing factors, so as to provide reference for improving the medication adherence of patients with chronic diseases. Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on 349 patients with chronic diseases with proportion allocation in stratified random sampling method in Hangzhou. And all questionnaires were analyzed. Results 60 patients （17.2%）with good adherence, while 289 patients（82.8%） with poor adherence, age, education level, living conditions, occupation, type of medical insurance, family monthly income, time of chronic disease, the degree of attention to disease, there were significant differences in medication adherence in all of these patients （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The medication adherence of patients with chronic diseases is poor, age and degree are the main factors. Therefore, we may strengthen the communication between doctors and patients, carry out health education regularly, improve the medication knowledge level of patients, so as to improve the adherence of patients with medication, promote the recovery of patients.
