医护人员艾滋病防治知识、态度、行为调查分析

Investigation on AIDS prevention knowledge,attitude and behavior of medical staffs

目的了解余杭区医护人员艾滋病防治知识、态度、行为及职业暴露防护水平,为医护人员进一步做好艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法采取无记名问卷调查的方式,随机抽取余杭区416名医护人员进行调查,对所有调查问卷运用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行分析。结果医护人员对艾滋病防护知识的总体知晓率为82.5%,医护人员对艾滋病防护知识的总体知晓情况与性别、文化程度均无相关性(χ2值分别为0.267、1.416,P>0.05),不同岗位的医护人员对艾滋病防护知识的掌握程度不同,差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.321,P<0.05),公卫医生的总体知晓率为88.7%,高于临床医生82.5%、护士81.3%及医技人员86.2%。按照调查内容,知晓率分别为传播途径88.3%,一般相关知识77.9%,职业防护81.7%。结论医护人员对艾滋病防护知识的知晓情况整体处于中等水平,不能够满足工作的需要。急需加强对医护人员艾滋病相关知识及职业暴露防护的培训。

Objective To understand the AIDS prevention knowledge, attitude, behavior and occupational exposure protection level of medical staffs in Yuhang district and provide evidence for AIDS prevention and treatment. Methods The study adopted an anonymous questionnaire. 416 medical staffs were randomly selected in Yuhang district, SPSS 19.0 was used for analysis for all the questionnaire. Results The result of the questionnaire indicated that the overall awareness of AIDS prevention knowledge of the medical staffs was 82.5%. Their awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge, gender and educational level had no correlation （χ2=0.267,1.416,P 〉 0.05）. The medical personnels who was at differeu tjobs had different level of AIDS prevention knowledge （χ2=28.321 ,P〈 0.05）. The overall awareness rate of public health doctors was 88.7%, and higher than clinical doctors,the rate of clinical doctors was 82.5%. The awareness rate of nurses and medical technicians were 81.3% and 86.2% respectively. According to the investigation, the knowing rate of transmission routes, general knowledge and occupational protection of AIDS were 88.3%, 77.9% and 81.7%respectively. Conclusion The awareness of AIDS prevention knowledge of medical staff is at the medium level, and is not adequate to meet the needs of work. There is urgent need to strengthen the staff training on AIDS related knowledge and occupational exposure protection.
