钢铁工业固体废弃物利用效益综合评价 被引量:18

Comprehensive evaluation of solid waste utilization benefit in iron and steel industry

摘要 固体废弃物的堆置和排放占用大量土地,导致资源浪费并危害健康。面对资源短缺与环境污染的现状,发展循环经济已势在必行。固体废弃物的资源化可以提高社会经济及环境效益。为更好地实现其有效利用,以钢铁工业固体废弃物为研究对象,通过文献研究法、专家打分法以及定性与定量相结合的方法,建立钢铁工业固体废弃物评价指标体系。以包头钢铁集团(以下简称包钢)为例,先用灰色模型预测其未来5年的固体废弃物产量,采用模糊层次分析法展开讨论,最终提出钢铁工业固体废弃物综合利用模糊评价因子和效益模型。研究结果旨在为钢铁企业固体废弃物的有效利用提供思路。 Stacking and discharging of solid waste occupies a lot of land,resulting in a waste of resources and health hazards. Faced with the present situation of environmental pollution and shortage of resources,the development of recycling economy is imperative. Iron and steel industry solid waste utilization improves the levels of the social,economic and environmental benefits. In order to better achieve its effective utilization,taking iron and steel industry solid waste as research objects,through scoring a combination of qualitative and quantitative,methods of literature study and expert evaluation,finally the iron and steel industry solid waste evaluation index system was established. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy was used to process discussions with Baotou Iron and Steel Group(hereinafter referred to Baotou Steel)for example,and firstly the gray model was used to predict its solid waste production in the next five years,and fuzzy evaluation factor and benefit model about comprehensive utilization of iron and steel industry solid waste were proposed eventually,providing ideas for iron and steel companies' future better development.
