摘要
本文提出了一种新型的热泵式低温蒸发苦咸水淡化系统,其设计生产能力为0.2t/d,蒸发温度为45℃。通过理论分析和实验研究了不同进料温度、浓度、流量和真空度对淡水产水率影响。结果表明:系统的运行稳定性良好;温度从5℃升高到35℃时,产水率增加了43.7%;浓度由0‰增加至100‰时,产水率降低了2%;产水率随流量的增加而下降;真空度从86%上升到94%,产水率提高了约20%;产品淡水的电导率几乎均保持在300μs/cm以下,产品水的水质优于自来水。这种淡化装置的COP高达4~5,高效节能,为内陆地区家用热泵式苦咸水淡化装置的设计提供了参考。
A new type of heat pump desalination system with low temperature evaporation was proposed in this paper. The design capacity was 0.2t/d and the evaporation temperature was 45℃.The effects of different feed temperature,concentration, flow rate and vacuum degree on fresh water production rate were studied by theoretical analysis and experiments. The results show that the system runs weli; When the temperature increased from 5℃to 35℃, the water production rate increased by 43.7%; The concentration increased from 0‰ to 100‰, the water production rate decreased by 2%; The water production rate decreased with the increase of flow rate: The vacuum degree increased from 86% to 94%, the water production rate increased by about 20%; The conductivity of fresh water was almost less than 300μs/ cm, and the water quality of product water was better than tap water. This desalination device COP was up to 4-5, high efficiency and energy saving, providing a reference for the design of domestic heat pump type brackish water desalination device in inland areas.
