示范食堂企业员工知识—态度—行为及健康状况问卷的信效度检验 被引量:1

Reliability and validity of a questionnaire on knowledge-attitude-practice and health among employees in enterprise with demonstration canteen

摘要 目的对自编示范食堂企业员工知识—态度—行为(KAP)及健康状况问卷的信度、效度进行检验。方法采用文献资料优选法和专家咨询法形成初始条目,随机选择广州市某区一间示范食堂企业42名员工为施测对象,并在间隔30 d后进行重测,检验其信度和效度。结果问卷的Cronbach′sα系数为0.858,重测信度为0.811;每个条目与领域总分的相关系数绝对值均大于0.65;初始KAP问卷包括55个条目,探索性因子分析提取出6个公因子和48个条目,解释总变异的65.069%;调查对象性别、职业、文化程度不同,KAP差异存在统计学意义。结论该问卷具有较好的信度和效度,符合KAP问卷测量的要求,可用于企业人群营养与健康干预研究。 [Objective]To test the reliability and validity of a self-designed questionnaire on knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)and health among employees in enterprise with demonstration canteen.[Methods]The primary terms were formed by the literature optimization method and expert consultation method. 42 employees were randomly selected from an enterprise with demonstration canteen of a district in Guangzhou City,and the test-retest was carried out after 30 days to verify its reliability and validity.[Results]The Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.858 and retest reliability was 0.811. The absolute value of correlation coefficient of all the items to their dimensions were higher than 0.65. The initial questionnaire included 55 items. The principal components factor analysis yielded 6 common factors and 48 items,explaining 65.069% of the total variance. The differences in KAP were statistically significant among different groups in gender,occupation and education level. [Conclusion]The questionnaire has high reliability and validity,which is consistent with the requirements of the KAP measurements,and can be used in the study of nutrition and health intervention in enterprise employees.
