肠易激综合征患者5-HT阳性细胞与SERT表达的关系

The expression of 5-HT positive cell and SERT in irritable bowel syndrome

[目的]研究肠易激综合征(IBS)患者中5-HT阳性细胞与5-羟色胺转运体(SERT)的表达及二者之间的关系。[方法]分别应用免疫组织化学方法和原位杂交方法检测IBS不同亚型[腹泻型IBS(D-IBS)、便秘型IBS(CIBS)、交替型IBS(A-IBS)]患者结肠黏膜5-HT阳性细胞和SERT的表达,以结肠息肉或胃息肉切除术后复查者60例作为对照组。[结果]5-HT阳性细胞在D-IBS组、A-IBS组、对照组、C-IBS组中的表达率依次降低(χ~2=13.331,P<0.05)。而SERT mRNA在D-IBS组、A-IBS组、对照组、C-IBS组中的阳性表达率依次升高(χ~2=8.341,P<0.05)。[结论]SERT影响5-HT的调控从而产生IBS不同躯体症状。

[Objective]The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of 5-HT and SERT in irri- table bowel syndrome（IBS）and its relationship with the symptoms. [Methods]The expression of 5-HT-pos- itive cell and SERT were respectively detected by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization in different IBS subtypes.χ2 test was used to analyze the relationships between IBS patients and the healthy control and the relationships among the IBS subtypes, l-Results] The expression of 5-HT-positive cell decreased gradually in D-IBS, A-IBS, control and C-IBS（χ2= 13.331, P〈0.05）. But the positive rate of SERT mRNA increased gradually in D-IBS, A-IBS, control and C-IBS（χ2= 8. 341, P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]SERT gene pol ymorphism can regulate 5-HT expression,which ultimately affects somatic symptoms of IBS.
