抱犊崮:君山望海传旧事

摘要 抱犊崮原名君山,汉称楼山,魏称仙台山。相传,东晋道家葛洪投簪弃官,抱一牛犊上山隐居,“浩气清醇,名闻帝阙”,皇帝敕封为抱朴真人,抱犊崮由此得名。 Baodugu Mountain,originally named Jun Mountain,is well-known for its unique 'magnificent,exotic,perilous and elegant scenery',with its forest covering an area of 130 kilometers,a coverage rate of 65%.The mountain is one of national key forest shelterbelts along the Huaihe River and Taihe River,offering you a natural oxygen bar,which is rare to find nearby.Now it has been listed as a 'National Geological Park' and 'National Forest Park'.So far,in this area the infrastructure and some scenic spots have been constructed and developed.Thanks to the natural defense,it has been a mountain of great military importance in history.During the Anti-Japanese War,South Shandong AntiJapanese Revolutionary Base was founded here.According to the archeological discovery,Baodugu Mountain has witnessed human beings living and workinghere at as early as the palaeolithic age,with evidence such as Wangling Site and Little Ancient Village Site at its foot.Admiring its fame,a large number of poets and literary men have been visiting the mountain,leaving lots of poems,prose,stone tablets and steles.The charms of the mountain have been recalled and endlessly circulated among people together with the splendid poems and prose.
