PDCA循环理论在提高口腔医院新护士培训效果中的应用

Application of PDCA circulation theory in improving the effects of new nursing training in stomatological hospital

目的运用PDCA循环理论，提高口腔专科医院新护士培训效果。方法回顾分析2013年、2014年55名新护士培训考核结果，运用管理工具寻找培训效果低的原因，通过制定计划、落实措施、检查、处理4个阶段对斯护士实施科学化培训。结果2015年新护士培训各项考核结果均有提升，达到预定目标。结论利用PDCA循环理论对新护士培训采取针对性措施，完善新护士培训方案、提高课件质量、全程教学督导，培训效果显著提高。

Objective To explore the effects of PDCA circulate theory in application of clinical new nursing training in stomatological hospital. Methods Retrospective analyzed the appraisal results of 55 new nurses in new nursing training in 2013 and 2014, and used management tools to find the reasons for the low effectiveness of training. In order to make a scientific new nurses training, we drew up a plan, did the measures, checked the results and treated the problems. Results Appraisal results of every aspects of new nursing training were improved in 2015. Conclusions Taking specific measures, consummating new nursing training programs, improving the quality of courseware, and su- pervising teaching in whole new nursing training by using PDCA calculation theory can improve the effects of new nursing training significantly.
