复合溶剂精制再生废润滑油的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为复合溶剂,利用单因素法考察了精制温度、剂油比、溶剂复合配比对废润滑油精制效果的影响。DMSO在精制温度为110℃,剂油体积比为1.6∶1,DMF质量分数为10%的最佳工艺条件下,所得再生油的收率为86.7%,黏度指数为132,凝点为-21.4℃,硫质量分数为0.048 2%,残炭为0.561%,折光率为1.456 4,色度为2.0;DMF在精制温度为70℃,剂油体积比为0.5∶1,DMSO质量分数为10%的最佳工艺条件下,所得再生油的收率为89.3%,黏度指数为138,凝点为-15.6℃,硫质量分数为0.046 2%,残炭为0.549%,折光率为1.456 7,色度为2.0,基本达到我国润滑油基础油HVI150的质量标准。同时采用SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions)软件进行线性回归,得出再生油黏度指数与精制温度、剂油体积比的回归方程。 By using the mixture of dimethyl sulfoxide( DMSO) and N,N-dimethylformamide( DMF) as the compound solvent,the effects of the refining temperature,the ratio of solvent to oil and the ratio of solvent on the purification of waste oil are studied by single factor method. The results show that with DMSO as the main solvent,the best regeneration effect of waste oil can be achieved when the refining temperature is 110℃,catalyst to oil ratio is 1. 6∶1,the mass fraction of DMF is 10%. The yield of the regenerated oil is 86. 7%. The physical properties of the corresponding regeneration oil is: 132 of the viscosity index,- 21. 4℃ of the solidifying point,0. 048 2% of sulfur content,0. 561% of carbon residue,1. 456 4 of refractive index( 25℃) and 2. 0 of chromaticity. By contrast,using DMF as the main solvent,the optimal purification effect can be obtained under the following conditions: 70℃ of refining temperature,0. 5∶ 1 of the catalyst to oil ratio and 10% mass fraction of DMSO. Under the optimal condition,the physical properties of the regenerated oil is listed as follows: 89. 3% of the total oil yield,138 of viscosity index,- 15. 6℃ of solidifying point,0. 046 2% of sulfur content,0. 549% of carbon residue,1. 456 7 of refractive index( 25℃) and 2. 0 of chromaticity. The regeneration oil has reached the standard of China's lubricate base oil HVI 150. Meanwhile,SPSS( Statistical Product and Service Solutions) software is used to achieve the regression equation of the viscosity index of refined oil,refining temperature and the ratio of solvent to oil.
