三维电极电化学动态循环处理氨氮废水研究 被引量:10

摘要 以石墨板为阴极,钛基氧化物涂层的金属钛板为阳极,采用粉煤灰负载氧化钛粒子为三维电极,构建了动态循环处理模拟氨氮废水的三维电极反应器。考察水质分析仪分析处理过程中溶液初始p H、电解电压、负载粒子投放量等因素对氨氮去除效果的影响,并通过响应曲面法优化了实验条件。实验结果表明:1 000 m L初始质量浓度为0.1 mg/L的氨氮溶液,在溶液初始p H为7.53,电解电流为1.29 A,负载粒子投放量为2.94 g时,NH_3-N去除率可达99.83%。 Three-dimensional electrode reactor for dynamic recycling treatment of simulated ammonia nitrogen wastewater is built by using graphite as cathode,titanium panel as anode and fly ash based titanium oxide particles as three-dimensional electrode. The effects of initial p H,electrolytic voltage and dosage of particles on ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency are investigated by water quality analyzer. The experimental conditions are optimized through the response surface method. The best NH_3-N removal efficiency can be achieved. It reaches up to 99. 83% under the following conditions: 7. 53 of the initial p H,1. 29 A of the electrolysis current and 2. 94 g of the loaded particles.
