单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液在治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Treatment of Sudden Deafness Using Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection

目的了解单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂钠注射液(申捷注射液)在交发性耳聋治疗过程中的作用。方法系统回顾本科自2011年-2014年收治的112例突发性耳聋患者的资料,按治疗方案不同将其分为两组,观察银杏叶注射液组和银杏叶注射液+申捷注射液组的疗效对比。结果用银杏叶注射改善微循环治疗突发性耳聋,与银杏叶注射液合并申捷注射液治疗突发性耳聋组疗效无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液在临床上是被认可的神经功能保护剂,理论上应该对神经性耳聋及突发性耳聋等耳神经疾病有较好的疗效,但此研究结果提示此类药物对突发性耳聋的治疗无明显疗效,需在以后的临床工作中进一步观察其远期疗效。

Objective To understand the treatment effect of Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection（ShenJie injection） in the process of sudden deafness. Methods Systematic review 112 sudden deafness patients in our department during 2011 and -2014 , Aaeoording to the different treatments which were divided into two groups, the Ginkgo injection group and the Ginkgo injection plus Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection group were compared. Results Using Ginkgo injection can improve sudden deafness treated with mieroeireulation, there was no difference with the Ginkgo injection plus Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection group （p 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection is a recognised nerve functional protective agent , In theory, it should behave good curative effect on sensorineural deafness and sudden deafness ears nervous disease, but in our study itthere is no obvious curative effect of the treatment of sudden deafness, it still remains to be seen.
