橡胶苗对氟化氢(HF)的剂量反应及其急性伤害阈值 被引量:2

摘要 通过熏气模拟试验研究了橡胶盆栽幼苗对HF的剂量反应。结果表明,熏气后,橡胶苗出现典型受害症状,熏气浓度越高,受害越严重,叶片氟的积累量也越高;幼叶总是先于老叶受害,并且老叶对于氟的累积量高于幼叶。根据不同熏气浓度、时间和伤害程度,确定了氟化物气体对橡胶叶片伤害的阈值。它们分别是:13.2119μg·cm-2·d-1×2h,5.3061μg·cm-2·d-1×4h,3.7659μg·cm-2·d-1×6h,2.0254μg·cm-2·d-1×8h,1.6253μg·cm-2·d-1×10h。 Dose -response of rubber tree seedl ing on hydrogen fluoride(HF)was studied through an experiment of HF -fumigation.Rubber tree seedling emerged with ty pical harmsymptoms.The higher the c oncentration of HF,the more seriously the seedlings were injured,and the higher the accumula tion of leaf fluoride took place.You ng leaf was always injured earlier th an old ones,and fluoride accumulation in old leaf was higher t han that in young ones.The acute HF -i njury threshold of rubber tree leaf w as determined ac-cording to different concentration,time and harmful degree.they are 13.2119μg·cm -2 ·d -1 ×2h,5.3061μg·cm -2 ·d -1 ×4h,3.7659μg·cm -2 ·d -1 ×6h,2.0254μg·cm -2 ·d -1 ×8h,1.6253μg·cm -2 ·d -1 ×10h respectively.
