生物有机无机复合肥效应的初步研究 被引量:44

摘要 进行了化肥、有机肥、生物堆肥、有机无机复合肥和生物有机无机复合肥的田间比较试验。初步试验结果表明,施用生物有机无机复合肥可以改善土壤结构,增进土壤肥力,提高土壤供肥能力,提高土壤生物活性。表现为与试前土壤比较,土壤容重下降0.17,总孔隙度提高1.45%,有机质增加0.1%,全量养分和速效养分都有不同程度的提高,三大类微生物总量增加1.64倍,蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶活性也有不同程度的提高。同时施用生物有机无机复合肥还可以促进植株生长发育,提高产量,改善作物品质。与不施肥处理相比较,增产83.54%,达极显著水平;硝酸盐下降113.0247mg·kg-1;维生素C提高0.2880mg·g-1。结果表明,生物有机无机复合肥综合效果优于其它肥料,具有明显的经济效益和生态效益。 A test was conducted in field to comp are efficiencies for chemical ferti lizer,organic manure,biological c ompost,or-ganic -inorganic compound fertiliz er and biological organic and inorganic compound fertilizers.The resul ts showed that:applying the biological -organic -inorganic compound fertilizer could improve t he structures of soil,ameliorate fe rtility of soil,raise the nutrition providing capacity in soil and increase soil biological activ ity.Compared with that of soil before test,soil B.D.decreased by 0.17,total porosity increased by1.45%,organic matter increased by 0.1%,total N,P,K and available N,P,K increased by different degree,total number of th ree sorts of microorganisms increased by 1.64times,the activities of in vertase,urease and phosphatase increased,respective ly.Meanwhile,applying biological-organic -inorganic compound ferti lizer also could promote the plant growth and development,en hance yield,improve the quality.Co mpared to the treatment of no fertili zer,increased yield by83.5%,the difference was great sign ificant,the contents of nitrates decreased by 113mg ·kg -1 ,the contents of vitamin Cincreased by 0.29mg ·kg -1 .The results indicated that the comp rehensive functions of the biologic al -organic -inorganic compound fertilizer was prior to the other sorts fertiliz er,the economic and ecological benefit was obvious.
