血同型半胱氨酸水平与心电图异常的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between plasma homocysteine level and electrocardiographic abnormality

摘要 目的研究原发性高血压及冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与心电图异常的关系。方法将166例高血压病和(或)冠心病心电图异常者,归为异常组;选取同期入院的高血压病和(或)冠心病心电图正常者(正常组)166例作为对照,比较两组一般资料和Hcy水平。结果两组性别、年龄、高血压病程、冠心病发病率无显著差异,但左室舒张末期内径、左房大小、室间隔厚度,异常组明显大于正常组(P均<0.05)。异常组血浆Hcy水平明显高于正常组[(13.1±2.2)μmol/L vs(8.7±1.6)μmol/L,P<0.05]。结论高浓度血浆Hcy可能损害并影响心脏特殊传导系统,引起心电图异常。 Objective To study the relationship between plasma homocysteine (Hcy) level and electrocardiograph- ic abnormality in patients with essential hypertension and (or) coronary heart disease. Methods According to e- lectrocardiogram, the essential hypertension and (or) coronary heart disease patiiets were divided into 2 groups: electrocardiographic abnormality group (n = 166) and electrocardiographic normality group (n = 166). The plasma Hcy level and general information were compared between 2 groups. Result The plasma Hcy level in patients with electrocardiographic abnormality group was significantly higher than that with electrocardiographic normality group[(13.1±2.2)μmol/L vs (8.7±1.6)μmol/L,P〈0.05], and the left atrial diameter,left ventricular end-dias- tolic volume,interventricularseptum thickness were larger than the electrocardiographic normality group. However, there was no significant changes in age, sex, hypertention history,incidence of coronary heart disease. Conclusion The higher concentration of plasma Hcy level may damage cardiac conduction system and lead to abnormal electro- cardiogram.
