摘要
在分析主动Lamb波损伤监测机理的基础上,研究了面向实际风机叶片结构的Lamb波损伤成像监测技术与系统。给出了监测系统的基本框架和各模块演示系统的实现方案,采用压电阵列以及主动Lamb波的RAPID层析成像技术,在真实叶片结构上研究典型结构损伤的在线监测与评估,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,监测系统可以实现现场在线监测,同时能够直观地展现损伤的发生、定位等信息,在风机叶片结构的运用和维修中具有较好的应用前景。
Lamb wave based damage imaging monitoring technique was studied for real-world wind turbine blade structure based on the mechanism of active Lamb wave damage monitoring. The basic framework of the monitoring system and the module demonstration system implementation scheme were given in which the piezoelectric array and the RAPID tomography technique were adopted to realize real-world blade structure online monitoring and evaluation. The results of the experiments showed that the monitoring system could detect the damage online and directly show the appearance, location and other information of the damage. It indicated that the proposed system should be helpful for the operation and maintenance of the wind turbine blade structure.
