The CPC's Governance of the Feudal Backward Marriage in the Central Soviet Area

封建落后婚姻是制约中国社会发展的恶性肌瘤之一。在社会习俗变革最为激烈的中国近代时期,更迭频繁的民国诸政府未曾真正打破封建落后婚姻的藩篱,纵观整部中国近代史,唯一行之有效的当属中共治下的红色政权。新生的根据地政府以实现人民婚姻自由为己任,立足实际,采取多种措施,有效涤荡了沉寂数千年的婚姻陋俗。文章以中央苏区为例,研究探讨中国共产党对该地区封建落后婚姻的成功治理及其历史经验。

The feudal backward marriage was one of the malignant myomas which redistricted the development of China. In modern times of China, the most dramatic changing period of Chinese social customs, the Governments of the Republic which changed frequently never really broke the barriers of feudal backward marriage . Throughout the entire modern history of China, only the red political power under the rule of the Communist Party of China （CPC） worked effectively. In order to achieve people＇s freedom of marriage, the newborn political power took various practical measures to effec- tively wash away the negative custom of marriage which had kept thousands of years. Taking the Central Soviet Area as an example, this paper explores the successful governance of the feudal backward marriage and the historical experience from the Communist Party of China.
