摘要
1998年启动住房分配货币化改革以来,我国房地产市场发生了革命性变化,以市场供求为基础、政府保障体系为支撑的新的房地产制度体系基本形成。当前,房地产市场的主要矛盾体现在房价上涨过快、房地产库存结构性矛盾突出、土地供应与房地产价格脱钩、房地产领域杠杆率偏高、房地产市场由拉动经济增长的工具转变为经济中的风险集中点等五个方面。
