摘要
肝细胞核因子(HNF,Hepatocyte nuclear factor)是调节肝脏基因特异性表达的一类转录因子,主要包括HNF1、HNF3、HNF4和HNF6等,这些转录因子相互作用构成复杂的调控网络。HNF在人体多个重要组织器官如肝、胰、肠、肾等都有不同程度的表达。研究发现,在多种疾病的患者体内,存在着编码这些因子基因的突变,提示HNF与维持及调节人体正常生理功能密不可分。本文旨在对HNF的研究进展作以系统性综述,为研究HNF相关疾病的发生机制并进行有效的干预提供新思路。
Hepatocyte nuclear factors(HNFs) is a group of transcription factors required for regulating the expression of several liver genes,including HNF1,HNF3,HNF4 and HNF6. These factors constitute a complex regulation network. They express in some important human organs,such as liver,pancreas,intestines and kidney. Associating patients always have the mutation of the genes encoding these factors. The facts indicate that HNFs are necessary for keeping and regulating the human normal physiological function. The present review aimed to summarize the novel progress in the biological role of HNFs,and provide new insights into the mechanism and effective intervention of HNFs-related diseases.
