摘要
考虑由一个供应商和多个零售商组成的供应链,构建了多零售商竞争的按历史销售量分配模型,提出弱势零售商进行合作以减轻销售压力的举措,通过合作前后利润的对比分析,得到了使合作利润增加时,零售商需满足的条件,分析了零售商的合作行为对供应链造成的影响,提出零售商合作会使供应链销售量增加。最后通过算例分析,验证了结论。
Considering a supply chain consisting of one supplier and several retailers, we construct turn-and-earn allocation model for multi retailer competition and proposethe measure of cooperation for weak retailers to delight sales pressure. On the basis of a comparative analysis before and after the coop- eration, we get the conditions to make cooperative profits increase for the retailers. What' s more, we an- alyze the effect of retailers' cooperative behavior on supply chain, and point out that the retailer coopera- tion will increase the sales volume of the supply chain. Finally, a numerical example is analyzed to verify the conclusion.
