Analysis of Multi Project Optimization of Construction Enterprises Based on Hybrid VIKOR Model

针对项目评价指标多属性的特点,论文基于一种折衷排序的多属性决策方法,构建了指标值为精确数、区间数、直觉模糊数的新混合VIKOR模型,并依据可靠性函数确定专家权重,直觉模糊数表示指标权重。结果表明,该模型可有效避免不同类型指标值向某一类型转化所造成的信息损失或扭曲,并能随企业目标变化动态确定指标权重,为企业多项目管理提供了一种新方式。

Aiming at the multiple attribute characteristics of project evaluation index, based on com- promising ranking of multiple attribute decision method, the paper constructed a new hybrid VIKOR model whose index value includes exact number, interval number, intuition fuzzy number and determined the weight of experts by the reliability function using intuition fuzzy numbers representing the index weight. The result shows that the model can effectively avoid the information loss or distortion caused by the transforma- tion from different types of index values to a certain type, and can determine the weight of the index dy- namically with the change of enterprise strategy. It provides a new way for enterprise multi project manage- ment.
