摘要
通过溶液浇注法制备复合材料聚乳酸(PLA)/醋酸丁酸纤维素酯(CAB),采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测量了复合材料不同组分的玻璃化温度(Tg),采用偏光显微镜(PLM)观察不同组分在熔融状态下的形态及等温结晶形态。结果表明,PLA与CAB是不相容的,并且CAB对PLA的形核有显著的抑制作用。
The composites Polylactic Acid(PLA) / Cellulose Acetate Butyrate(CAB) was prepared by casting method, the glass-transition temperatures of different components of composites were measured by Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC), whereas the form and isothermal crystallization of different components under molten state was observed by Polarized Light Microscope(PLM). The results showed that PLA and CAB were incompatible, and CAB exerted an inhibiting effect on the nucleation of PLA.
