摘要
高职课堂教学的主要方式是分组教学方式和竞争机制教学方式,实践教学方法以任务驱动和项目教学为主,但是按部就班的教学方式往往使学生缺乏学习动力。稀缺资源竞争机制的导入,能够极大地调动学生的自主参与性,改善课堂的沉闷现象,让学习变得更加有趣;能够提升教师能力,促进教学改革;能够锻炼学生的自学能力,并有助于增加学生的团队意识,培养学生的综合素质。
Higher vocational teaching is mainly in skill training, which puts an emphasis on the process rather than result. The aim of teaching is to make student learn and master skills in the process of participation, rather than the problem solved or not. This requires the learning task and its implementation process be attractive to ensure the teaching effect. The leading of scarce resources competition mechanism will greatly mobilize students' independent participation, improve the depressing phenomenon in class and make the learning more interesting.
