摘要
我国农民专业合作社组织制度创新,从制度创新理论的视角看,是参与合作的行为主体预期到合作潜在利益的集体一致性行动,制度安排的具体方式也是合作主体对所处环境的适应性反应。江苏省镇江市句容市天王镇戴庄村有机农业专业合作社在组织治理、生产经营、收益分配机制等具有制度创新特征,以及在人力资本、产业特性、资源环境、制度环境方面的适应性。这一组织形式对资源环境匹配、交易费用节约、激励机制构建、精英资本培育、共享理念坚守等方面,具有制度创新价值。
From the perspective of system innovation, the innovation in Chinese rural specialized cooperative organization lies in the unified performance of the cooperative subjects in the range of expectation to potential interests. The specific organizing mode is the adaptive responses of the subjects to their situations. The organic farming cooperative organization in Daizhuang Village, Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, features system innovation in terms of its management, production, interest allocation, as well as its adaptability in human capital, industry property and so on.
