熟料早期水化速率试验研究

摘要 熟料中C_3A的含量及活性,特别是早期水化速率、水化程度和水化产物形貌,会对水泥的许多性能产生显著影响,是优化水泥中石膏掺量和形态的重要依据。目前尚没有便捷的试验方法表征熟料的早期水化特性。在无石膏存在的条件下,熟料中C_3A遇水后会比有石膏条件下更加迅速地水化,并伴随更大量的水化放热。测定掺加与未掺加石膏熟料浆体的温升和温峰出现的时间,可以判断熟料的水化速率,进而推断熟料中C_3A的活性。测定特定时间掺加与未掺加石膏熟料浆体的贯入阻力,可以判断熟料的水化速率和水化产物数量和/或形貌,进而推断C_3A的数量及活性。 The content and activity of C3A in clinker, as well as early hydration rate, hydration degree and hydration product form had significant effects on many properties of cement. There was no convenient test method yet to represent the characteristic of early hydration of clinker at present. When the C3A mixed with water, the hydration would be faster than it was under the condition of no gypsum, and more hydration heat was released. The hydration rate of clinker could be estimated by means of the measuring appearing time of temperature rise and temperature peak of clinker paste with gypsum and without gypsum, and then the activity of C3A in clinker could also be estimated. By means of determining penetration resistance of clinker paste with gypsum and without gypsum at a certain time, the hydration rate as well as amount and (or) form of hydration products of clinker could be estimated, and then the amount and activity of C3A could also be estimated.
