军队院校图书馆知识服务现状分析及对策

Actuality Analysis and Countermeasures of the Knowledge Service of Military Academy Libraries

从服务资源、服务人员、服务设施、服务体制4个方面分析了当前军队院校图书馆知识服务发展现状和存在的问题,提出了加快资源建设、创新服务模式、增强能力素质、搞好教育培训、加强技术保障、健全管理机制等方面的对策建议。

This paper summarizes the current situation and deficiencies of military academy libraries＇ service from four aspects： resource, staff, facilities and structure. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategy of knowledge service innovation in military academy libraries from the following six aspects：speeding up the resource construction,expanding the service method,enhancing the librarians＇ abilities,doing the training task well,improving the organization management and averaging up the technology system development.
