山西省低碳发展情报服务系统研究

Research on the Low Carbon Development Information Service System of Shanxi Province

顺着生态环境日益恶化,低碳发展显得越来越重要。通过分析山西省低碳发展情况和现有科技文献资源情况,阐述了开发山西省低碳发展情报服务系统的重要性,介绍了服务系统的框架体系和功能模块的设计,指出服务系统主要分为前台服务门户和后台管理系统两部分。该服务系统的开发将为山西省低碳发展和科技创新提供重要的科技文献支撑。

With the worsening ecological environment,the low carbon development becomes more and more important.By analyzing the situation of low carbon development in Shanxi Province and the existing sci-tech literature resources,this paper expounds the importance of developing low carbon development information service system in Shanxi Province,introduces the framework and function module design of the service system,points out that the service system can be divided into two parts： front service portal and background management system.The development of this service system will be able to provide important sci-tech literature support for low carbon development and sci-tech innovation in Shanxi Province.
