微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定防晒霜中总锌(以氧化锌计)含量 被引量:2

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)和微波消解技术联用测定防晒霜中总锌(以氧化锌计)含量的方法。采用微波消解技术用HNO3-HF-HCl混合酸溶解样品,经电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)进行测定。方法线性范围为0~500 mg/L,方法检出限为0.03 mg/L,相对标准偏差小于5%,样品加标回收率为85.5%~112.8%。测试结果表明,该法测定防晒霜中总锌(以氧化锌计)简单、准确、快速。 The method of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP- OES) and microwave digestion technology was established for the determination of total content of zinc(as zinc oxide) in sunscreen cream. After the sunscreen cream was dissolved with mixed acid(HNO3- HF- HCl) by microwave digestion technology, the total content of zinc(as zinc oxide) was determined. The linear range of method was 0 to 500 mg/L, the detection limit was 0.03 mg/L, the relative standard deviation was less than 5%, and the recovery rate was 85.5% to 112.8%. The test results showed that the method was simple, accurate and fast for the determination of total content of zinc(as zinc oxide) in sunscreen cream.
