摘要
某批34Cr2Ni2Mo钢法兰叉头在调质处理后的机加工过程中,在轴承孔内靠近法兰一面发现多条白色带状异常区域,通过低倍检验、化学成分分析、硬度试验和金相检验等方法对其成因进行了分析。结果表明:在34Cr2Ni2Mo钢法兰叉头铸造过程中,由于20钢内冷铁支架固定不稳,浇铸时受钢液的冲刷作用坍塌堆积于铸件内,并在随后机加工过程中在轴承孔内靠近法兰一面露出表面,从而形成异于基体的白色带状异常区域。
Multi white banded abnormal areas were found in the bearing hole close to the flange side of a batch of 34Cr2Ni2Mo steel flange forks in machining process after quenching and tempering, and the causes were analyzed by means of macro-etching test, chemical composition analysis, hardness test and metallographic examination. The results show in the casting process of 34Cr2Ni2Mo steel flange forks, due to fixing instability, the 20 steel internal chill frame collapsed and stored in the casting under the scouring action of molten steel. The 20 steel was exposed in the bearing hole close to the flange side in the following machining process, so white banded abnormal areas different from the matrix produced.
