兰炭作烧结燃料对生产小球团烧结矿的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过烧结杯试验开展酸性小球烧结,利用KJZ-03铁矿石冶金性能综合测定仪、矿相显微镜等检测了烧结矿的还原性、低温还原粉化指标和矿相结构,重点研究了兰炭内配比例及生球粒度对垂直烧结速度、烧结机利用系数、烧结矿转鼓强度和成品率等方面的影响。结果表明,兰炭内配30%、生球3~10 mm粒度90%时烧结指标最优。提高兰炭内配比例,成品率从74.03%提高到80.23%,转鼓强度和利用系数分别提高了1.89%和0.23%,还原度有所改善,且低温还原粉化指数变化较小;同时,小球团烧结矿的矿物组成以磁铁矿和铁橄榄石为主,结构致密,从而提高了烧结矿强度。 The acid micropellet sintering test were carried out with sintering cup. The experiment not only emphatically investigated the impact of adding semi-coke separately and pellet size on the vertical sintering speed, sintering utilization coefficient, sinter tumbler strength and the product yield, but also identified the results of mineralogical structure, the reduction and low temperature reduction degradation index with metallographic microscope and metallurgical comprehensive performance determination instrument of iron ore named KJZ - 03. The sintcring index is better when the ratio of semi-eoke is 30% and 3 - 10 mm pellet size is 90%. As semi-coke increases, the product rate increases from 76.29% to 80.23% , drum strength and utilization factor reaches 1.89% and 0.23% , the reduction degree is improved and the low temperature reduction powdering index changes little. Meanwhile, the sintering mineral is mainly composed of magnetite and fayalite, a compact structure, which improves the sinter tumbler strength.
