摘要
昆钢本部烧结厂300 m^2烧结机通过技改技措及强化设备管理,提高烧结料层厚度、烧结机台车漏风率治理及槽车改板式给矿机,高炉配合采用烧结矿分级入炉措施,使得烧结返矿率明显降低,烧结生产不断向良性循环发展。
By technology reformation and strengthened equipment management, the Kuming Iron & Steel Holding Co. , ltd. sinter plant improved the thickness of sintering material layer, governed the air leakage rate of sintering pallets and reformed tank lorry apron feeder. The blast furnace adopted the techniques of sinter charging which significantly lowered the return rate of sinter, and benefit the sintering industry constantly.
