新型Gemini含酯基阳离子捕收剂的浮选性能 被引量:2

摘要 以环氧氯丙烷、十二烷基二甲基叔胺及丁二酸为原料合成新型Gemini含酯基阳离子表面活性剂M-302B。以M-302B为捕收剂对石英和磁铁矿纯矿物进行浮选试验表明M-302B可用于石英和磁铁矿的浮选分离。以M-302B为捕收剂对酒钢选矿厂焙烧—磁选后的精矿进行浮选试验,结果表明,在矿浆p H=7、温度为25℃、苛性淀粉用量为400 g/t、M-302B用量为400 g/t条件下,可得到精矿铁品位为60.24%、回收率为82.19%,选矿效率为31.13%的指标。M-302B与十二胺浮选性能对比试验表明,相较于十二胺,M-302B捕收能力强、耐低温且产生泡沫易被消除。ζ电位测试和红外光谱分析表明,M-302B在石英表面的吸附机理主要为物理吸附和氢键作用。量子化学计算表明M-302B活性高于十二胺。 Gemini new ester containing surfactant M-302 B was prepared using succinic acid,pichlorohydrin and dodecyl dimethyl amineand as raw materials. M-302 B used as collector in quartz and magnetite pure minerals flotation tests showed that,M-302 B can be used in flotation separation of quartz and magnetite. Flotation test on Jiugang plant roasting and magnetic separation concentrate using M-302 B as collector indicated that,with pulp p H = 7,temperature of 25 ℃,causticity starch dosage of 400 g / t,M-302 B dosage of 400 g / t,concentrate with iron grade of 60. 24%,recovery of 82. 19%,beneficiation efficiency of 31. 13% was obtained. Comparison test of floating performance between M-302 B and dodecylamine show,compared with dodecylamine,M-302 B has superior collecting power,low temperature resistance and the foam produced is easy to be eliminated. Zeta potential test and FTIR spectra analysis show that the mechanism of adsorption of collector molecules on quartz surface is almost identical for the physical adsorption and hydrogen bonds effect. M-302 B has higher reactivity than dodecylamine proved by quantum chemical calculations.
