摘要
锡铁山铅锌矿矿石中主要金属矿物为黄铁矿、铁闪锌矿、方铅矿,矿石中有用矿物以交代结构为主,嵌布粒度较粗,属易选矿石类型。为高效综合回收铅锌矿石资源,并为选矿厂技术改造提供技术依据,分析了该选厂建立以来工艺流程的变革情况。分析认为,在早期采用的选矿工艺流程及药剂条件下,存在锌回收率不高、伴生金银回收率较低及黄铁矿未能综合回收等问题。目前选厂确定了Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ系列采用铅优先浮选—锌硫混合浮选—锌硫分离工艺流程,Ⅳ系列采用电位调控浮选流程,取得的各项技术指标稳定、良好。指出了现有选矿工艺存在的问题及以后技术发展的努力方向,对选矿厂下一步工艺流程的升级改造具有指导意义。
Main metallic minerals in Xitieshan Lead-zinc Mine are pyrite,christophite,galena.Valuable minerals main in form of metasomatic texture and disseminated extent coarser,making it easy to be separated. For efficient comprehensive recycling lead-zinc ore resources,and provide technical basis for mineral processing in technical reformation of plant,the change situation of mineral processing flowsheet of the mill plant since its establishment were analyzed.The analysis show that zinc recovery rate was not high,the associated gold and silver recovery rate was low and pyrite failed to comprehensive recovery under the condition of beneficiation process flow and reagents in early times.At present,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ series adopt lead preferential flotation-zinc sulfide mixed floating-zinc sulphur separation process,Ⅳ series uses the potential regulation flotation process,and the technical and economic indexes are stable and good.Existing problems of flotation process and technique development striving direction of mineral processing in future were pointed out,have technical guidance significance for the upgrading engineering of plant.
