摘要
当前太阳能发电规划存在一定的盲目性,导致弃光问题严重。提出了基于互联网+分散式太阳能的规划模式,基于"互联网+"的规划思路,克服传统规划中源荷之间的信息不对称,可实现太阳能等新能源规划的主动性、互动性、有序性、经济性及可扩展性。研究了互联网+太阳能+可控负荷+配电网的规划框架,建立了基于互联网+模式下分散式太阳能规划的分析模型。研究了互联网+分散式太阳能规划的多场景生成和削减算法,提出源荷场景匹配原则,根据源荷之间的动态容载比调整来确定规划的静态容载比。最后针对IEEE 33节点算例进行了仿真计算,结果表明互联网+手段及多场景方法可引导分散式太阳能规划,提高其利用率。
At present, the blindness of solar energy planning has caused serious problems of solar power abandoning. The "Internet plus distributed solar energy" planning method was proposed in this paper. The planning method can overcome the information asymmetry between power sources and loads compared to traditional ways, which can realize the initiative, inactive, orderliness, economic and scalability about solar and other new energy planning. The planning architecture of internet plus solar power plus controllable load plus distribution network was researched, and the analysis model of distributed solar energy planning was established based on 'qnternet plus" method. The scenario generation and reduction algorithms were studied. The source-load scene matching principle was proposed, by which determined the static capacity-load ratio of energy planning according to the adjustment of dynamic capacity-load ratio. The IEEE 33-bus system was used as an example. The simulation results show that the method of internet plus and multi-scenario may guide distributed solar planning, and increase resource utilization rate.
