计及动态热定值的配电网可靠性分析 被引量:10

摘要 架空线路传输容量限制是影响配电网可靠性的重要因素,动态热定值可有效挖掘现有配电线路的热载流能力,提高配电网运行的可靠性。为此,该文基于CIGRE标准计算架空线路实时气象条件下的最大允许热载流量,采用序贯蒙特卡罗方法抽取系统状态,建立考虑线路动态热载流限制的状态分析模型,通过比较基于静态热定值和动态热定值的系统可靠性指标,量化动态热定值产生的可靠性收益,并在此基础上分析了动态热定值时间尺度(按小时、按周、按月和按季度)的不同对其产生经济效益的影响。通过算例验证了模型的合理性,其结果表明动态热定值可显著提高配电网的可靠性收益。 Transmission capacity limitation of overhead lines is an important factor that affects the reliability of distribution network, and the dynamic thermal rating can effectively tap the current potential and improve the reliability of distribution network. To this end, based on the CIGRE standard, the maximum allowable heat current flow under real-time weathei" conditions was calculated, sequential Monte Carlo was used to extract system state, and system state analysis model considering overhead line thermal rating was established. By the comparison of reliability indexes based on static thermal rating (STR) and dynamic thermal rating (DTR) implementation, the benefits produced by dynamic thermal rating technology was quantified. In addition, the effect of the different time scales of DTR (hourly, weekly, monthly and quarterly) on the economic benefits was analyzed. The rationality of the model is verified by an example, and the results show that the dynamic thermal rating can significantly improve the reliability benefit of the power grid.
