摘要
未来中国经济将以"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的理念发展,绿色经济的发展将是我国新的经济增长极。文章基于对中国绿色经济内容的分析,构建由循环经济、绿色金融、节能排放、工业绿色发展四个指标群组成的绿色经济评价指标体系,提出用调整系数法来核算绿色GDP,最后从发展循环经济、建立循环城市,遵循ESG投资理念、实现绿色金融服务,统一碳排放市场建设、制定碳排放交易体系等方面提出发展策略。
China＇s economy will make a rapid development based on the concepts of＂innovation, harmony, green, opening and sharing＂. Therefore, how to establish Chinese Green GDP Evaluation Index System and develop accordingly Chinese Green economy become the great preoccupation. The content of Chinese green economy is firstly analyzed, on which it constructs the Green GDP Evaluation Index System consisting of four indexes of circular economy, green finance, fuel efficiency and emission,and green industry; and then it proposes a method of coefficient adjustment to calculate green GDP. Finally, the thesis suggests to develop green GDP by establishing and developing cyclic economic system in the city, following ESG investment philosophy and realizing green finance service, establishing unified management of carbon assets and building up carbon emission trading systems.
