摘要
本文基于CNKI主题途径以"高校图书馆+智库"检索获得文献为基础,运用文献调研法和内容分析法并结合案例归纳法,阐述了高校图书馆履行智库职能的三维路径,论述了提升高校图书馆智库职能要有效构建政策扶持培育机制、高端人才培养机制、信息资源保障机制、智库品牌服务机制和人才考核激励机制,以促进高校图书馆拓展职能和创新发展。
On the basis of the literature that was retrieved from the keywords of ＂university library ＋ think tank＂ in CNKI, and using the methods of literature research, content analysis and the case study, this paper expounds the three dimensional paths to execute its think tank function. In order to promote the functional expansion and innovative development of university library, the upgrading of the think tank function of university library is discussed by means of effectively setting up support and foster policy, high-end talent training mechanism, information resources guarantee mechanism, think tanks brand service mechanism and talent incentive mechanism.
