国内区域图书馆联盟研究——基于31个省级图书馆联盟网站的调研

Study on Domestic Regional Library Consortia——Based on the Survey of 31 Provincial Library Consortia Websites

本文利用百度等搜索引擎检索工具,通过网络对31个省级图书馆联盟网站进行调研,发现我国真正意义上的区域图书馆联盟还没有广泛开展,从整体上来说省级图书馆联盟网站在机构设置、规章制度、资金来源、效益评估、利益平衡等方面仍存在不足,并针对存在问题提出了几点建议。

Using search engines like Baidu, this paper makes a survey through browsing the websites of 31 provincial library consortia. It finds that the regional library consortia in true sense haven＇t been widely formed in China. On the whole, the websites of the regional library consortia still have some defects in the aspects of organization setting, rules and regulations, sources of funds, benefit evaluation and the balance of interests. As for the problems above mentioned, this paper gives some advices.
