Research in China's Senile Service Industry

老龄服务产业是一门新兴的产业,在我国起源于20世纪80年代。到了20世纪90年代后,我国整体进入老龄化国家行列,老龄服务产业逐步受到重视,尤其是进入21世纪后,随着我国老龄化的加速,国家制定了一系列鼓励老龄服务产业发展的政策,财政支持力度也在逐步加大,老龄服务产业得到初步发展,尤其是老龄化程度较为严重的城市,老龄服务产业发展迅猛。但是老龄服务产业在发展过程中也存在一些不足,包括顶层设计的偏差、政府与市场的边界模糊、供需的结构性矛盾等。为此需要进一步加强顶层设计、厘清政府与市场的边界、加强供给侧改革等。

China＇s senile service is a rising industrial sector traced back to 1980s in our country. Since 1990s, China as a whole has entered the aging countries and senile service received much attention. Especially since 21st century, as China is aging fast, the state has drawn up a set of policies incline to senile service development, financial support also increased and senile service basically grown, especially in seriously-aging cities, where senile service grows rapidly. However, there exist some shortcomings in its development, including deviation in top-level design, vague border between government and market and structural contradiction between supply and demand. Therefore, we need to further intensify top-notch design, straignten out the border between government and market and strengthen the reform on supply side.
