摘要 采用磷铵吸氨法对氰化氢生产中混合气中的氨进行回收,研究了氰化氢对磷铵体系气液平衡的影响。首先对含有氰化氢的磷铵吸氨体系进行理论分析,由化学平衡、物料平衡、电荷平衡得到酸性环境下气相中氨的分压与液相中氨浓度的平衡关系;采用流动法建立了气液平衡测定装置,以氨和氰化氢混合气为研究对象,得到了氰化氢-磷酸一铵-磷酸二铵-水体系气液平衡数据,探讨了不同温度、不同吸收液浓度、不同氰化氢含量混合气时,氰化氢对氨-磷铵系统气液平衡的影响,为今后的吸收试验提供依据。 The ammonia in production of hydrogen cyanide was recycled by ammonium phosphate absorbing ammonia process,and the influence of hydrogen cyanide on vapor-liquid equilibrium of ammonium phosphate system was studied.Firstly,theoretical analysis for the ammonium phosphate containing hydrogen cyanide ammonia absorption system was carried out.The equilibrium relationship between partial pressure of ammonium in vapor phase and concentration of ammonium in liquid phase was obtained by chemical balance,material balance,and charge balance.The vapor-liquid balance device was built based on the flow method,vapor-liquid equilibrium data of HCN-NH4H2PO4-(NH4)2HPO4-H2 O was obtained with the mixed gas of NH3 and HCN as the study objective.Under the conditions of different temperatures,concentrations,and hydrogen cyanide contents,the influence of hydrogen cyanide on vapor-liquid equilibrium of ammonium phosphate system was researched.This study provided the basis for absorption experiment in future.
