摘要
以2013-2016年3轮贵州省马铃薯区试六盘水试点38个马铃薯品种(系)的主要农艺性状为研究对象,分析了主要农艺性状与产量的相关性和灰色关联度结果表明:在相关性分析中,株高与单株块茎质量、平均单薯质量和大中薯率、单株块茎数与单株块茎质量、单株块茎质量与平均单薯质量和大中薯率、平均单薯质量与大中薯率之间均极显著正相关,而主茎数与平均单薯质量和大中薯率之间均极显著负相关;生育期与株高呈显著正相关,而单株块茎数与平均单薯质量呈显著负相关;其他性状间呈正相关或负相关,且未达显著水平;产量与株高、单株块茎质量、平均单薯质量和大中薯率之间均呈极显著正相关。在关联度分析中,鲜薯产量与各农艺性状之间的关联度依次为:单株块茎质量>大中薯率>平均单薯质量>株高>单株块茎数>出苗率>生育期>主茎数。单株块茎质量、大中薯率、单薯质量和株高这4个主要性状与产量性状关联度较高,关联系数均大于0.7571,是影响产量的主要因素。因此,马铃薯在高产栽培和新品种选育方面,选择主茎数和株高适中、单株质量大、平均单薯质量大和大中薯率高的品种(系)是马铃薯获得高产和选育高产品种的有效途径。
Set Liupanshui, Guizhou potato area as experimental sites from 2013 to 2016 the 3 rounds and the 38 potato varieties of main agronomic traits as object, analyzes the the correlation of main agronomic traits and yield with grey correlation, the results showed that in the correlation analysis, the plant height and plant tuber quality, average single quality and rate of large and medium potato, potato tuber number per plant and plant tuber quality, individual quality and average quality of single chips and large and medium - sized potato tuber rate, average quality of single chips and large and medium - sized potato rate were extremely significant positive correlation , and the number of main stem and average single chips quality and large and medium - sized potato rate were extremely significant negative correlation; Growth period and plant height was significantly positively related, and tuber number per plant and average single chips quality has significant negative correlation ; other traits were positively related or negative correlation , but did not reach significant level; Yield and plant height, plant tuber quality, the average quality of single chips, and large and medium - sized were very signifi- cant positive correlation between rate of potato. In the fresh potato production correlation analysis, In correlation analysis, Fresh potato yield and agronomic traits in the correlation degree between order: Plant tuber quality 〉 Large and medium - sized potato rate 〉 The average quality of single chips 〉 Plant height 〉 Tuber number per 〉 Seedling emergence 〉 Growth period 〉 Main stem number. Per plant, single potato tuber quality, large and medium - sized potato rate quality and plant height of the four main traits and yield traits correlation degree is higher, correlation coefficients were greater than 0. 7571 on average, which is the main factor influences the yield. Therefore, for potato, in high yield cultivation and breeding of new varieties, select the main stem number and plant height, plant quality, average tuber quality and major in the high rate of tuber varieties is an effective way to obtain high yield and high yield of potato cultivars.
