砂地柏总黄酮抗炎镇痛作用实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究砂地柏总黄酮的抗炎镇痛作用,为其成药性研究提供依据。方法将昆明种小鼠、SD大鼠和Wistar大鼠分别随机分为模型组、阿司匹林组(200 mg/kg体质量)和JSTF低、中、高剂量组(125、250、500mg/kg体质量),采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、小鼠毛细血管通透性、大鼠棉球肉芽肿以及蛋清和角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀试验观察砂地柏总黄酮的抗炎作用,通过冰醋酸致小鼠扭体法和热板法观察其镇痛作用。结果砂地柏总黄酮低、中、高剂量均能显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度(P<0.01)、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性反应(P<0.05)、棉球引起的大鼠肉芽肿(P<0.01)、蛋清和角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足趾肿胀(P<0.01),并且能显著减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.01)和延长小鼠热板痛阈值(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论砂地柏总黄酮具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。 Objective To study anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of total flavonoids fromJuniperus Sabina(JSTF),and provide evidence for further developing new drug.Methods Healthy and adult Kunming mice,SD and Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group,aspirin(200mg/kg)as well as low,middle and high loses group of JSTF(125,250,500mg/kg)according to different experimental animal models respectively.The anti-inflammatory effect of JSTF were tested by dimethyl xylene induced ear edema,celiac capillary′s permeability,cotton pellet-induced granuloma,albumen and carrageeninginduced tumefaction.Analgesic effects were observed by writhing and hot-plate methods.Reslts JSTF had marked inhibiting effect on the auricle swelling degree in mice(P〈0.01)and the permeability of the capillary(P〈0.01),cotton pellet-induced granuloma(P〈0.01),albumen(P〈0.01)and carrageening-induced tumefaction(P〈0.01).Moreover,it can also significantly delay the pain reaction time(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)and reduce the writhing times of the mice(P〈0.01).Conclusion TSTF has a remarkable anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
