起伏管道空管投油气液两相流动的数值模拟 被引量:8

摘要 输油管道的空管投油是复杂的气液两相管流过程。在地形起伏较为剧烈的地区,管道内复杂的流动状况对投产安全造成威胁,研究其水力规律具有重要意义。采用数值模拟方法,建立起伏管道模型对起伏管道的气液两相流进行模拟,并用软件对管段流场进行实时监控,研究不同类型管道中气液两相流动规律及其影响因素。 Direct commissioning of oil pipeline is a complex gas-liquid two-phase flow process. In the highly hilly area, the complex flow status in the pipeline poses great threat to the safety of pipeline. Numerical approach is adopted in this work to study the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the hilly pipe. Physical models are established and commercial software is utilized to monitor the flow field. Characteristics and influencing factors for varied types of pipes are studied.
